The name ĞULAY carries a special meaning. The letter Ğ (g-breve or yumuşak g in Turkish) symbolizes tenderness—just like how we serve our meat: soft, flavorful, and cooked with care. This reflects our promise: authentic Indonesian dishes, prepared with tenderness and served with love.
